Kard, Kard Pay, Kard App, Kard Affiliate, Kash Kard, Kard Business, VisiKard, collectively referred to as Kard, understands and is committed to preserving your personal privacy. Therefore, we have created this Privacy Policy so that you know how we use and disclose your information when you make it available to us. This Privacy Policy has been developed in order to safeguard the privacy of your data while providing a personalized and quality service.

The Privacy Policy below discloses our practices regarding the collection of information and usage on our websites, mobile applications, platform services, product sites (collectively “the Platform) and the service provided thereon (the “Service”).

By registering on our Kard websites, its Audience Relationship Manager (ARM) or any related applications but not limited to: VisiKard, Kard Pay; Kard App; Kard Affiliate, Kash Kard, Kard Business, its mobile applications (together, the “Platform”), however accessed, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information under the terms of this Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to all “personal data” as defined in the Data Protection Act of 1998. In this Privacy Policy, we also refer to personal data as “data”, “information” or “personal information” and the use of property content such, but not limited to, images, pictures, texts, and videos.

When you visit, register, or order products or services on Kard’s mobile or web applications, you may be asked to provide personal information that you choose to share about yourself including but not limited to:

  • Your date-of-birth;
  • Your address;
  • Your email address;
  • Your phone number;
  • Your business number;
  • Your company information;
  • Your photo;
  • Your purchasing preferences;
  • Your geo-locations;
  • Your credit or debit card number and the card’s expiration date.

If you contact us for any reason, we may retain copies of any letters or emails, and may record written details of any telephone conversations with you. We will not make any audio recording of telephone conversations without informing you in advance. We may also collect information about your usage of our sites.
